Three people pled guilty Wednesday in the murder case of Billy Hall and Tayla Poston in Florence County that happened September of 2009.

Anthony Wingate pled guilty to accessory after the fact of murder and conspiracy. His sentenced was deferred.  Laross Graham pled guilty to two counts of murder, grand larceny and conspiracy. His sentenced was also deferred.

Montez Barker pled guilty to two counts of murder, arson in the third degree, grand larceny and conspiracy. He was sentenced to life without parole.

Two others are charged in connection with the murders. Kelvin Oneal is charged with accessory after the fact of murder and criminal conspiracy.  Fonnelze Delaine also faces charges in the case. 

The solicitors office said Poston and Hall were witnesses in a drug case.
