Florence Police are looking for two men involved in two separate recent crimes, officials say.
One man’s name is known and warrants are already sworn out for his arrest, said Maj. Carlos Raines of the Florence Police.
Raines said Antoinne Tremayne Hines is wanted for a shooting that happened around 11 pm on Saturday in the 600 block of Brunson St. in Florence.
Raines said Hines and victim knew each other and got into a verbal argument, which then escalated and the suspect fired several shots into the victim’s car.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
Warrants out for Hines are attempted murder, possession of a dangerous weapon during a crime and possession of firearm by felon, Raines said.
The other man, whose identity is not known to police, is wanted in connection with the burglary of a convenience store.
In that incident, which happened between 10:38 and 10:48 pm on June 30 in the 2200 block of West Palmetto Street, the front door of the store was removed.
Burglars went inside and took several items including lottery tickets, which they later tried to cash in, Raines said.
