Photos released of Florence beauty store robbery suspect

beauty-shop5FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Florence Police Department officers responded to a robbery call Monday evening at a beauty store, and officials are now releasing photos of the suspect.

Lt. Mike Brandt says the robbery occurred around 7:49 p.m. at Beauty Plus on N. Cashua Drive.

Police say an armed black male, described as in his 20s, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, entered the store and took an undisclosed amount of cash.

At the time of the crime, the suspect was wearing a black shirt, check pattern shorts and a camouflage hat with a red bandanna around his neck. Photos show the suspect pulled the red bandanna up over his face when he approached the cash register.
