Suspect wanted for shooting Conway teen in head, warrant says

CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The Horry County Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a person they say shot and killed a 19-year-old Conway man Monday morning.

According to a press release, detectives are looking for Dequan Rashad Wilson, 20, of Myrtle Beach.

Police believe Wilson shot Kristen Jetel Rekeem Williams at the University Village at the Coast around 3:40 a.m. Monday morning

Wilson is described as a black male, 6 ft. 1 in. tall, weighing about 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to use the aliases “Dunk” and “Quan”.

Police say Wilson is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
