Live Oak Art & Music Fest Saturday October 3, in Conway

Conway, SC – Create! Conway is excited to present the 10th Annual Live Oak Art & Music Fest on Saturday, October 3rd, from 10am – 5pm. The Live Oak is presented under the oaks and on the lawn of the historic Horry County Courthouse (2nd & Elm).

This year’s celebration of creativity features an Artisan Market with fine arts & crafts for sale from baskets to pottery to photography, hand-made soaps and more. The KIDS CREATE! Maker Zone and an awesome line up of talented musicians make for a fun, family event. In addition, glassblowing will take place at 209 Laurel Street in the Conway Glass warehouse, one block over.

The parking is free and at Elm & 2nd (behind the old Horry County Courthouse) where you can pick up a free map and check out the Live Oak artists and musicians. Coolers are welcome
and bring a chair. The Kids CREATE! Maker Zone will host free activities all day for kids young and old. CREATE! also has a few artist spaces available. Booth space is 12’x12’ and you’ll need
your own tent, tables and chairs.

The Live Oak Art & Music Fest celebrates creativity and community by showcasing local artists, musicians and songwriters and promoting public participation in the arts. In addition, the Live
Oak is held each year in conjunction with the City’s Fall Festival which features a car show, food vendors and 2 performance stages. All Live Oak activities take place at the corner of Elm &
Second Ave.
