Coats for Kids campaign underway in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Anyone wishing to donate to the Coast RTA’s Coats for Kids campaign has until the end of the week to drop off donations at one of the five collection box locations.

The City of Myrtle Beach is again participating in Coast RTA’s Coats for Kids Campaign with five drop-off locations at city buildings that will accept certain articles of winter clothing through December 4.

Collection boxes are available at City Hall, the City Services Building, Chapin Memorial Library, the Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement Center and the Law Enforcement Center Annex.

Donations of new and gently worn coats, jackets, sweaters, gloves, hats and blankets are accepted.
