Murrells Inlet Christmas Parade inspires onlookers to get into Holiday spirit

MURRELLS INLET, SC (WBTW) – Folks on the south end of the strand spread some holiday cheer at the annual Murrells Inlet Christmas Parade.

Thousands lined Highway 17 Business for the annual parade.

Lots of different groups participated, the procession was full of business floats, Shriners and one high school band participated.

News13 also had a car, Bob Juback and AJ Janavel were on hand, wishing everyone happy holidays.

The people there said it’s a great way to kick off the Christmas season.

“This is amazing to see the community come together to enjoy all of this wonderful stuff is amazing for Christmas,” said Andrea Paul who was visiting from Myrtle Beach.

Paul said seeing all of the holiday cheer is gearing her up for Christmas shopping.

“I have a 17 year old and a 19 year old so I’m getting very inspired because they both want different things their both into different things so, getting very inspired,” said Paul.
