GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW)- Agents of the 15th Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and Officers with the Georgetown Police Department concluded a one month drug investigation with arrests Friday morning.
Officers arrested Scott Roach and Marvin Myers Jr. along with Joshua Bliss and Crystal Etheridge at a home in the Bayview section of the Georgetown County.
DEU Agents and officers say they executed a search warrant on the home early Friday morning and found Roach, a convicted felon, in possession of two loaded handguns along with Heroin Cocaine, Pills and Marijuana.
Agent says in Myers’ room they found large quantities of Crack Cocaine, Hash, Heroin and marijuana, and an even larger quantity of Powder Cocaine. Myers who is unemployed also had several thousand dollars in cash and a rental vehicle.
Bliss who was wanted on an outstanding warrant from the City of Georgetown was found to have Marijuana, Heroin and pills. Agents also found a scale, marijuana, cocaine and packaging material out on the kitchen counter and encountered a juvenile in the home when they executed the search warrant.
Both Roach and Myers, who were already out on Bond, are convicted felons with previous drug distribution convictions.
Bliss was charged with possession of Heroin, Marijuana and pills. Etheridge was charged with Endangering a child and Marijuana Possession. No word on the charges of the other two arrested.
They all remain at the Georgetown County Detention Center. The investigation is continuing and more charges are expected to be filed.
