An incident report from Horry County Police documents how a worker from the Department of Social Services informed police that a child born to Amisha Nichole Eller, 27, of Conway, tested positive for cannabinoids and opiates July 16, 2015. Eller had just been released from jail the morning a police investigation was initiated for possible child abuse, according to the report.

Eller had served nearly three weeks in jail for charges of failure to appear, contempt of family court and violation of probation, from mid July through August 7, 2015.
