Thief breaks into Pawleys Island jewelry store, deputies seek public’s help

PAWLEYS ISLAND, SC (WBTW) – The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help solving a jewelry store burglary.

According to a press release, deputies were called to Lowcountry Jewelers in Pawleys Island on May 20th for an alarm.

Once deputies were on scene, they observed the glass on the front door shattered and confirmed a burglary occurred.

Anyone who can identify the individual or recognizes any characteristics in the attached surveillance photographs or has any information on this incident is urged to contact the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 546-5101.
