Water line work to delay traffic on Oak Street

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Expect traffic delays Wednesday on Oak Street.

City of Myrtle Beach leaders say crews are expected to begin connecting water lines for the new middle school under construction on Oak Street. Traffic delays are expected in the area.

Oak Street will remain open, but drivers are asked to give themselves more time than normal. The work should be completed in one to two days, weather permitting.
