CAROLINA FOREST, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Police were called to a shooting at a home on Stafford Drive Sunday night.

Captain Bob Carr tells News13, two people were sent to the hospital. We don’t have an update on their conditions. Captain Carr said the dog team was called out to investigate.

According to the incident report, one of those victims was a 21-year-old woman.

The incident report says Horry County police responded at 8:11 p.m. to a call about shots being fired in the Stafford Drive area. On arrival, officers spoke with neighbors on the scene and located what appeared to be blood on the roadway, blood inside a car, and several items of clothing on the ground covered in blood.

The police report says the 21-year old victim was taken to the Conway ER to be treated for multiple gunshot wounds.

Officials have released few details about the incident and have no word on the condition of the victim.

Police brought in a dog team to investigate, but have not yet named any suspects in the case.
