MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) — A local film is hitting the big screen Thursday night. “Single Fins, Single Gears” is a movie with a message, and will be shown at the Grand 14 Theater in the Market Common. Brock Johnson was on News 13 Now Wednesday to talk about the film’s red carpet premiere event.
Johnson is the Assistant Director for the non-profit group, Adaptive Surf Project. Described as a “mockumentary,” the funds from the film and its premiere will go to helping those with disabilities get involved with all aspects of adaptive surfing.
The event is Thursday, November 10 at 7:00 pm at Grand 14 Cinemas at the Market Common. Entry is $10.
