Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office arrests 4 in traffic stops on drug charges

BENNETTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) –  On Wednesday, the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office announced four people have been arrested recently on drug charges.

A release from Investigations Lieutenant Jamie Seales says Demarcus Tryon Williams, 24, and Floydrek Raekwon Davis, 20, were arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. The two were arrested Oct. 26 as a result of a traffic stop by deputies and narcotics found inside a vehicle.

On Nov. 5,  Timale Antwan Covington, 27, and Shamar Hakeem Sellers, 21, were also arrested at a traffic stop and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of Crack Cocaine and unlawful carrying of a pistol.

All four men arrested are from Bennettsville.
