FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) – The All4Autism organization held an all-day music festival Saturday at the Boxwood Plantation.
The music festival celebrates children with autism.
More than 150 people bought tickets for the event. The proceeds go toward opening an Autism Resource Center in the Pee Dee.
The resource center will help parents or caregivers find help with insurance, therapy, and provide a community of families with autistic children.
Angela Watts, All4Austim President of Board of Directors explained, “It would empower families and help the kids become the best versions of themselves as quickly as possible.”
Jessica Brown, the Director of All4Austism says they hope to open the Autism Resource Center by spring of 2017. Count on News13 to follow this story.
