Suspect in deadly Marion Huddle House shooting turns self in

MARION, S.C. (WBTW) – The Marion Police Department is investigating after a man was shot at the Huddle House on US 76 Sunday morning.

Police Chief Dewayne Tennie said the victim was in critical condition but later died.

Marion County Deputy Coroner James Lee identified the victim as 20-year-old Raishaun Graves of the Rains Community.

Chief Dewayne Tennie of the Marion Police Department says that Charles Frederick Warren of Dillon was arrested for the shooting after he  turned himself in to the Marion Police Department at 2 p.m. Monday.

Warren has been charged with murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and discharging a firearm within the city limits.  His bond hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Marion Police Department.
